HW YAG + Diode Composite Laser Welding Machine for Power Battery Sealing Nail Welding
The YAG and Diode Hybrid-laser welding system is composed of the HW-Y-600 single lamp & rod laser and a diode laser source.
The diode laser is used for preheating to improve absorptivity and facilitate keyhole formation. Meanwhile, the main laser outputs energy to weld aluminum, thereby reducing defects caused by gas hole burst. Additionally, it enhances the stability of the molten pool during high-speed welding and improves welding quality.
By reducing the welding energy input of the single-wavelength laser, the welding speed is effectively increased.
